The story of Pro Auto began in 1984 in the small Arkansas community of Rose Bud. It was there that Harold Ross opened a modest, home-built, two-stall repair shop with a straightforward philosophy: do the job right, treat people fairly, and stand behind your work.
Harold believed so strongly in the quality of his craftsmanship that he offered a lifetime, bumper-to-bumper warranty on every repair. It was a bold commitment for a small-town repair shop, but it reflected something that would become the foundation of Pro Auto: a belief that quality workmanship and customer trust should always come first.
What began as a small family business steadily grew through hard work, personal relationships, and a reputation built one customer at a time.

As the business grew, so did the opportunities to serve customers throughout Central Arkansas. From its humble beginnings in Rose Bud, Pro Auto expanded its operations into Conway and developed into a family of specialized repair and service businesses.
